Who is the praise team?
The praise team is a unified group of individuals whose purpose is to lead God’s people in the worship of Him through singing. This group, first and foremost, should be comprised of Believers who have made it their heart’s desire to selflessly serve God with their musical talent, submitting to one another in love.

Romans 12:3-5 states “For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourselves more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you. Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.”

The praise team can play an important role in communicating a Biblical message or in facilitating the application of God’s Word through music.
